Room is very spacious everything is neatly ready for when you enter for the first time. The reception staff are absolutely brilliant I had a issue today checking in was meant to check in for 2 people but online only booked for 1 person but the reception staff sorted the issue out straight away fair play this hotel is stunning for its age. As being located in the town centre it’s perfect for shops/restaurants everything you need is on your door step!

Stayed only for one night while traveling in South Wales. As good as it can be being a 3 star hotel. The bed was quite comfortable, the room and the bathroom were clean, breakfast was average and it could have a few more vegetarian options (but no other client seemed to mind ). Parking is relatively small and can fill up easily and when we arrived quite late at night we had to park on the road, not a problem if you leave in the morning like we did, but could be if you plan to stay longer the next day. Overall a good place for a few nights stay.

What a lovely place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. The town was very busy, because of a beer festival and having been here on a previous occasion, and loved it, we headed for there again, but as we came nearer, we could see it was full too. As we were wondering where to go, a very nice lady who worked there, said she would take one of the outside tables inside for us. I asked her if they were serving food, not in the bar, but showed us the way to their restaurant. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

The place was fairly busy, we didn't have a reservation but they managed to find a seat for my family and I with one of us in a wheelchair. Plenty of space to move around, the facilities were clean, clutter free and nicely presented. The service was amazing, the waiters were very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was nicely cooked and great portion sizes. A true delight to visit, we had a great evening.

My late Mothers wake was held here today. The room was stunning , perfectly set out and the buffet was just delicious. Fresh and varied and plenty for everyone. The staff were outstanding. We could not have wished better for our dear Mam. Thank you so much.
